At Easy Basic Creations, your satisfaction with your stroller purchase matters to us. If something isn't right, we want to make the return process as simple and stress-free as possible. This policy explains your return window, how to start a return, and what to expect throughout the process.
Return Window (30 Days)
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Returns requested after this 30-day window may not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
Before sending anything back, please contact our support team at support@easybasiccreations.com to request return instructions. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
Contacting us first simply helps us confirm your order details and make sure your return is processed as quickly and smoothly as possible — it does not limit or delay your right to return an eligible item within the 30-day window.
Return Process
1. Contact our support team to request a return.
2. We will review your request and email you a prepaid return shipping label along with return instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and attach the provided label.
4. Ship the item back to us using the prepaid label.
5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- All original tags, labels, manuals, and accessories must be included
- No visible signs of use, damage, or alteration
- The item should be returned in its original packaging whenever possible
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied or may be subject to a partial refund reflecting any reduction in the item's value.
Free Return Shipping & Return Address
Returns are completely free. Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label, so you won't pay anything out of pocket to send your item back.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that we are unable to issue a refund until the returned item has been received and inspected. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your stroller arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts, please contact us right away at support@easybasiccreations.com. We may ask you to provide photos of the item and packaging to help us understand and resolve the issue quickly.
Depending on the situation, we will work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.
