Hi there, we will gladly accept non-personalized merchandise returns or exchanges within 30 days of you receiving your order. Products must be shipped back in brand new condition, unwashed, and unworn. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges except in the case that there's a mistake on our part.
However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at and we'll be happy to help! We can also cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase if you change your mind about a purchase. Please let us know via email at email@example.com.
If you want to return your order due to a problem, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know. We'll review it and get back to you within 24 hours. We may require photos for own records to justify the return.
Once we've approved your return request, please note that returns will need to be sent to the correct return address in order to be processed and inspected. You will get an email confirmation once your return request is initiated with instructions.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be processed for refund.
Damages or Defective
We stand by our products and your satisfaction. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may require photos of damages/defects for our own records.
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether or not the refund has been approved or not. If it's approved, we'll automatically issue a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days; please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at email@example.com.
We reserve the right to determine whether or not a returned item is in acceptable condition at our sole discretion; if an item is not received in the condition described within time frames stated above, we may not grant your return request.
